Shipping Policy

 1 - TRANSPORTATION

We dispatched all the orders within 2 to 3 business days. Products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Decorlyn. Depending on location, the following express carriers are used ( DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx).

Once your product has been dispatched from our warehouse, we have no control over the postal service and we cannot accept any liability for late delivery or if a package is lost in transit. If you experience problems with your delivery, please contact the responsible carrier company and notify us by email. We will use our resources to provide you fair support. In some cases, refunds can be made if a mistake is made by our agent.

1.1 – SHIPPING FEES

All Decorlyn art pieces comes with Free Express Shipping. However, Shipping and handling fees assessed at the time of purchase only apply to the first shipment of goods. Additional fees will apply If your product is returned to us, whether intentionally or through the carrier's inability to deliver due to faulty address, customer’s inability to pick-up or receive sent package, or inability to pay any duties/VAT or other fees.

1.2 – SHIPPING TIMES

We chose express shipping couriers such as DHL, Fedex, UPS and USPS to deliver our masterpieces. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your shipement to be recieved. 

1.3 – ADDRESS & PERSONAL INFORMATION

Addresses and personal information must be submitted using only characters found in the English alphabet. Addresses or names containing characters are invalid. If an address is invalid, we will attempt to contact you to supply a valid name and / or address. Phone numbers must be supplied at the time of purchase for all orders. Phone numbers are needed for contact upon delivery.

1.4 – SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

1.5 – ITEMS NOT RECIEVED

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet, the tracking status shows it's delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your lights as once the item is bagged we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ), but if the issues persist kindly Email us at support@decorlyn.ca

1.6 – ORDER CHANGES

Once your order has been confirmed, you have 24 hours to reach us for any modification or cancellation, We cannot cancel or modify any order after 24 hours of placing it as it will be handed out to our logistic team by that time. However you can alway return an item.

2 – DUTY, VAT AND OTHER FEES

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by many countries. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Decorlyn holds no responsibility for any fees levied.

3 – TRACKING

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates given. Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This may be due to technical issues due to which the tracking information is not updated on the app. In such cases, if you are still unable to locate your item, contact us at support@decorlyn.ca we will be more than happy to assist you.
