Refund Policy

Returns 
We offer a 14 day window to return your product for a refund if in unused and perfect condition. If you would like to return your item( returns will be applicable in below conditions), you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us, In order To get refunded you must contact us at support@decorlyn.ca before returning the item for return instructions 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, (If the return label does not cover the cost to ship it back you might need to bear the rest amount for return shipement) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Cancel order
we usually ship orders within 24-48 hours, we allow 24 hours to contact support for cancellation or to make any changes.Therefore if you wish to cancel your order please contact within 24. hours and will send a request by the processing department but we can't guarantee however you can always return the order once you received   

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our occasional sales items are non-returnable such as black friday / Boxing day sales. You may still be able to return the product if our team apporves the return depending on the condition/damage of the product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

* All refunds will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspected it may take up to 7 business to reflect in to your bank account
